For the episodes that they were not available, I used retimed Funimation. Pizza and Tan both have typesetting, but the main difference is that Tan did not change Funimation's actual dialogue whereas Pizza did. v2 fixes timing issues, adds Funimation and Tan and I retimed all tracks to match the BD.
