Looking at some scenes and analyzing the DFT, it begins to seem to me that this is an HDCAM source, but I don’t see any problems with ringing in the series themselves, perhaps because they were successfully masked by a strong chromatic aberration effect. In any case, the original resolution is 945 and good processing makes the picture excellent. Light AA lanczos 945 and slight de-noise with de-band and detail preservation mask to prevent destruction on dark scenes done. That was encoded in HEVC 10-bit with safe compression settings to produce transparent quality video.
