Mocktails is a group of three friends comprised of a subber, a timer, and a translator working together to subtitle anime openings they like that no other fansub group has picked up!

An original fansub with expert timing assistance and an original translation and localization muxed with CR WEB-DL 1080p video and streaming AAC, lossless FLAC, and instrumental FLAC audio. Three subtitle tracks are available: English and Japanese (romaji) lyrics, English-only lyrics, and Japanese-only lyrics (romaji). Extras like full songs, subtitle files created, and fonts used have also been included.

**From Muri:** Now, before you get upset at me that I even mentioned the word "localized" earlier, hear me out. I had to make the number of syllables in the English lyrics match that of the Japanese lyrics for the English karaoke to even work, and the direct translations were too short for that. So, using the knowledge of each individual word/phrase's meaning and the overall message of each line, I came up with my own English lines that had the same number of syllables as the Romaji and poetically and expressively conveyed the intent. I tried my best to be creative and transform the lyrics in fun ways, like sometimes mimicking the word orders and positions to those of the Japanese lines or making certain syllables rhyme if the Japanese line happened to contain such too. I realize that my karaokezation isn't perfect, but, for my first time, I think I've done a pretty good job. Way to go, me.
That aside, maaaaaan has this been a time-consuming project. I've worked on this for about a whole week, and had to manually recolor 1500 Aegisub text lines _one by one_ to achieve my desired alternating vibrant colors similar to those of the Laid-Back Camp logo. I plan to fansub one more opening from this season - Chillin' in Another World With Level 2 Super Cheat Powers' "Dannasama to no Love Love Love Song", honestly the most cute and adorable OP of this season - but before that I'll take a good long break from fansubbing...
