PSA: libvlc.dll is flagged @ virus total https://www.virustotal.com/gui/file/a31999b279660a0c5c3e06497a3d82c0a2551d1b49c7f2a3085d1056d0ea3ecf EDIT: the exe is genuine (signed) VLC player but an older version version 3.0.21, (that version has bugs, latest at time of writing is 3.0.23) it is likely that, by launching that version the malicious DLL file gets loaded.
